Monthly membership is 690,000 VND, payable by standing order on the first of each month. An annual membership paid in advance costs 6,900,000 VND, giving two months free.

Training is short — about twenty minutes — but it is compulsory, and the system will not accept scans from an untrained user account. Sessions run hourly on Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 to 16:00. You do not need to book; simply come to the mezzanine office at the top of any hour.
The main practical change is that the new units scan a whole pallet label rather than each carton. This will slow the first few days down while people adjust, and we have therefore reduced Monday's dispatch target by 20%. Please do not try to make up the difference by working faster; the target has been lowered deliberately.

M: I did wonder. The checkout is five steps now — it was three before.
W: That will be it. Ask the developers what it would take to go back to three, and get the number before Thursday. I would rather present a solution than a problem.

W: Did the new labelling machine arrive?
M1: It arrived, and it is sitting in the yard. The doorway to the packing hall is too narrow by about fifteen centimetres.
W: Nobody measured?
M1: The supplier sent dimensions for the machine but not for the crate, and it is bolted inside it.
M2: We can unbolt it — the crate comes apart. But it is a two-person job with a pallet truck and the yard is not covered.
W: Then do it first thing tomorrow, before the rain comes in. And photograph the crate as you open it, in case anything is damaged inside; the supplier will ask.
