Subject: Office closed on Friday

Dear all,

Please note that the office will be closed this Friday, 22 August, for electrical maintenance. All staff should work from home on that day. The maintenance team will start at 8 a.m. and expects to finish by 4 p.m.

If you need to collect anything from your desk, please do so before 6 p.m. on Thursday. The building will be locked after that time.

Monday will be a normal working day. Thank you for your understanding.

CITY LIBRARY — NEW OPENING HOURS

From 1 September, the library will open at 8:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and close at 8 p.m. On Saturday we open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library is closed on Sunday.

Members may borrow up to six books for three weeks. A late return costs 2,000 VND per book per day. Study rooms on the second floor must be booked online at least one day in advance.

Tuesday 6 p.m. — Speaking practice (all levels), Room A
Wednesday 7 p.m. — Film night with subtitles, Hall B
Thursday 6 p.m. — Writing workshop (intermediate and above), Room A
Saturday 9 a.m. — Reading group, Library corner

All sessions are free for members. Non-members pay 50,000 VND per session. Please arrive ten minutes early; latecomers cannot enter the writing workshop once it has started.
