Budget submissions for the coming financial year are due by 15 October. This is two weeks earlier than last year, because the board meeting has been brought forward to 5 November and the finance team needs time to consolidate.
Please use the new template on the intranet rather than last year's spreadsheet. The new version separates recurring costs from one-off spending, which was the single most common source of confusion last year.
Any request for capital expenditure above 500 million VND must be accompanied by a short business case. Requests below that figure do not need one, but should still be itemised.
I will hold two drop-in sessions, on 2 and 8 October, for anyone who wants to go through their figures with me before submitting.

I should be straightforward about the timing. The RC-40 is made to order and production currently takes four weeks. Adding shipping, samples ordered today would reach you in the last week of November, which is later than you asked for.
There is an alternative. The RC-38 is the same frame and the same weave in a slightly narrower seat, and we hold it in stock. I could ship two of those this week. If the RC-38 passes your testing, the RC-40 will also pass, as the materials and joinery are identical.
