NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS — Riverside Branch

From 2 June, our Riverside branch will operate ___(5)___ hours, opening at 8 a.m. rather than 9 a.m. on weekdays. Closing time remains 5.30 p.m.

The change follows a survey in which a majority of customers said an earlier opening would suit them better. ___(6)___

Cycle to Work — one year on

When we launched the cycle scheme last summer, forty-one colleagues signed up. Twelve months later, thirty-four are still riding at least once a week, a retention rate ___(13)___ higher than the national average for similar schemes.

Several people have asked what happens to the bike if they leave the company. ___(14)___ The remaining payments simply transfer to a final salary deduction, and the bike is yours.

We are now looking at whether to add secure parking at the north entrance. This ___(15)___ on planning permission, which we have applied for but not yet received.
