Questions 1-3 refer to the following email.
To: All staff
From: Facilities Management
Subject: Changes to visitor procedure
Date: 4 March
From Monday 11 March, all visitors must be registered in advance through the online portal. Staff should submit visitor details at least one working day before the visit. Visitors who arrive without prior registration will be asked to wait in reception while their host is contacted, which may cause delays.
Badges will no longer be issued at the security desk. Instead, a QR code will be emailed to each registered visitor, who should present it on arrival. Please note that codes expire at midnight on the day of the visit.
Contractors working on the third-floor refurbishment are exempt from this process until the work is completed in April. Any questions should be directed to Ravi Menon in Facilities.

We offer a salary of 32,000 to 36,000 pounds depending on experience, twenty-eight days of annual leave, and a training budget of 800 pounds per year. Applications close on 30 April. Interviews will be held in the first week of May.
Questions 7-10 refer to the following notice and schedule.
Riverside Community Centre — Hall Refurbishment
The main hall will be closed for refurbishment from 6 May to 2 June. During this period all regular classes will move to the annexe on Bell Street, a five-minute walk from the centre. Parking at the annexe is limited to twelve spaces.
Two classes cannot be accommodated at the annexe and will be suspended:
Monday 18:00 — Yoga — moved to annexe
Tuesday 19:00 — Badminton — suspended (no suitable floor)
Wednesday 10:00 — Art for beginners — moved to annexe
Thursday 18:30 — Choir — moved to annexe
Saturday 09:00 — Indoor football — suspended (space too small)
Members whose classes are suspended may either freeze their membership for the period or transfer to another class at no extra cost.
Questions 11-12 refer to the following review.
Kestrel X2 Wireless Headphones — 3 stars
I bought these mainly for commuting and they do that job well. The noise cancellation is genuinely good on trains, better than my previous pair which cost twice as much. Battery life is as advertised — I get about four days of normal use between charges.
My reservation concerns the build. The hinge feels flimsy, and after six weeks the padding on the left ear cup has begun to peel. For the price I would accept this, but the manufacturer markets them as a premium product. Customer service replied to my query within a day, which I appreciated, though they were unable to offer a replacement as I had discarded the packaging.
Questions 13-14 refer to the following text message chain.
Elena Petrova (08:42) — Morning. The samples for the Hartley meeting haven't arrived yet. Did they go out yesterday?
Tom Aziz (08:45) — They went to the wrong office. I've asked for them to be redirected but it won't be before tomorrow afternoon.
Elena Petrova (08:47) — The meeting is at ten tomorrow. Can we show the photographs instead?
Tom Aziz (08:51) — We can, but Hartley specifically asked to handle the fabric. Shall I call and suggest moving it to Thursday?
Elena Petrova (08:52) — Yes, do that. Better than turning up without what they asked for.
