Dear Admissions,

I would like to book places for four members of my team on the Financial Analysis programme starting in September. As we are booking as an employer, I assume the 15 per cent rate applies rather than the early booking discount, but please confirm which is more favourable in our case.

Two of the four will sit the examination; the other two are attending for professional development only. Could you invoice the examination fees separately?

One further question: one of my colleagues has a scheduling conflict on Tuesdays in October. Is it possible to attend the Wednesday programme for those weeks, or would she need to repeat the missed sessions next term?

Kind regards,
Joyce Okafor

Dear Accounts,

Thank you for the invoice. Two items need checking before I can approve payment.

First, we were quoted one hour of design amendments, not two. Sam Whitfield confirmed this by email on 28 May.

Second, our agreement of March states that delivery is included at no charge for orders above 400 pounds. As the printed items alone come to more than that, I believe the delivery line should be removed.

If you agree, please issue a revised invoice. We will pay within the original terms once it arrives.

Regards,
Martin Doyle
